This item is beautiful, although the leather is stiffer than I had expected & the buckles were hard to fasten & unfasten. I'm hopeful that as well use it more it will soften up & become easier to use.

Quality is not what was expected, poor quality leather, straps are not hide, they are thin reconstituted leather and will not last. Shipping was slow. Definitely not what I would call good value.
Implies locks are supplied but none were enclosed.
